Having started my catering career in Thanet catering college, I quickly moved on to working in a small local Michelin star restaurant as commis chef. Working in all area’s in several establishments I gained a lot of experience learning all aspects of general cooking including NVQ level 3 in kitchen pastry prior to working abroad for a short period. I found a passion for the sweeter side of things and diversified into making cakes…..
